The future development of the Camocim Agro-Eco-Resort Community is being formulated, environmental studies are being reviewed and the development plans are being prepared.
The long-term vision for the Camocim Agro-Eco-Resort Community is to develop a luxury planned resort community offering housing, hotel rooms, meeting space, spa, retail and restaurant space, and coffee and other products’ tasting facilities. The project will be integrated into the biodynamic estate where residents and visitors will be able to live and experience this natural lifestyle.
The project will include agricultural plantings consistent with our current agrIcultural activities. Agro-eco-tourism aims to increase farm revenues thru tourism while increasing overall appreciation for Pedra Azul’s agricultural and natural heritage. In addition, a major goal of this effort is to create a place where people will be able to experience the biodynamic, organic lifestyle in a health, relaxing and fun environment.
Continue to visit this page to stay informed of our progress towards the creation of this biodynamic coffee estate destination resort. Once approvals have been obtained, we will begin moving forward with the development of the resort and announce the pre-sales of homes and vacation properties throughout the estate. Here we will post the most recent development plans, project schedule and anticipated opening dates. In the future you can look forward to a variety of options for how to become part of the Camocim Resort experience.
