Infrastructure and Operations

Located on the Camocim Farm, on the banks of Lake Camocim, one of six lakes located on the farm, are our administrative offices, visitors center and cupping facilities. In addition, our suspended drying terraces, resting facilities, sorting and screening equipment and quality control instruments are located on our hilltop compound only a short drive from our administrative offices.

There are two main houses located near the entrance of the Camocim farm, which are occupied by the Director of Farm Operation and the Director of Post Harvest Quality Control, respectively, as well as a third property which is home to some of the members of our production staff and their families.

We strive to provide the best possible working conditions for our personnel, with continuing education regarding our processes and products, special cross training adding value to each employees knowledge of our operation, housing for key personnel and their families and a generous compensation package.
