Post Production
Camocim’s post production methods are equally as important as it’s cultivation and harvesting techniques and are responsible for bringing out the best from all of our Estate Coffees. We use specialized equipment, from antique to high tech to sort, clean, inspect, filter and package our Estate Coffees.
Once dried, the beans are cleaned and sorted by size to the preference of our customers. Each bean is then screened for irregularities and/or imperfections and such defects are eliminated to provide only the highest quality product for our customers.
Our beans are then packaged in accordance with the demands of our customers as either single origin or blended coffees and prepared for shipment to our customers around the world.
Once our coffees have been approved for shipment, they are transported by truck from our facilities at Camocim to the port of Vitória, just 90 minutes away. Our honey and fruit harvest is transported offsite to our contracted packaging facilities, where the jams and honeys are prepared according to our strict quality standards.
